It's been a rough two years, and budgets are getting tighter and what is the first line item to go or to get cut... Marketing. I get it, and I'm not here to tell you that you are wrong or that I know what you are going through.
What I am here to say, is that marketing is just another word for communicating with a potential customer or with the customer, you don't want to lose. So pause for a minute and think about ways you can cut back, but still stay in front of your customer.
“Write down all the marketing related items on a piece of paper, and assign a dollar value to them, now highlight which ones actually bring in leads and pause the rest.”
Marketing Exercise
Grab a piece of paper, and write down all of the marketing related activities that your business conducts, here are a few, just in case you need help getting the ball rolling...

Do you have them all written down? Now write down what it cost you yearly for each of the marketing activities, and then assign a lead value. From that, how much sales are you truly getting from it? Pick the top 2 to 3 things and pause the rest, till you can increase your marketing budget again.
Maybe your issue, is your just not quite sure what to focus on, or your spending too much time on marketing and you need to automate some of it? Schedule a 30 minute consultation to see how I can streamline your marketing processes.
